The purpose of this role is to provide a wider administrative support to all departments including:
- working closely with the business services teams - front of house/reception and assistants;
- picking up and delivering documents;
- arranging for notarised copies of documents;
- taking letters, documents to the post office;
- photocopying, scanning documents;
- helping with internal arrangements such as helping with setting up conference rooms for various client, marketing events etc;
- providing simple support to the finance department, marketing department and to the Office Manager as per their requests;
- organising archive, helping with organising library; and
- other support as may be requested.
