LANXESS CEE is currently seeking a strong, motivated and talented individuals with the appropriate experience for the position of Receptionist/Admin. Support.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, responsible and detail-oriented person with good communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Administrative support of management;
– Day-to-day administrative tasks, welcoming our guests and clients;
– Responsibility for office common premises and parking places;
– Reception; responsibility for running the office;
– Office organization (booking meeting rooms);
– Refreshments, maintaining orders in the office, coffee, fruits, etc.;
– Preparation of required documents;
– Cooperation with the financial department, incoming invoices evidence;
– Other tasks according to the request of Admin Specialist, CEO, HRM and CFO;
Ponúkaný plat
1 100 € / mesiac
From 1100 Eur/month – part time 75%, temporary contract.
