About the Role
Target Everest (Sales Everest Platform) is looking for a top-tier Native iOS Developer to create a premium mobile experience for our CRM and portal solutions. Our platform provides mobile access to essential CRM workflows—tasks, activities, comms feed, and lightweight analytics—alongside customizable, metadata-driven portals that adapt per client (employee, customer, partner).
This is not a full CRM build. It’s about delivering a focused, elegant, and high-performing mobile interface powered by APIs and a consistent design language. The product evolves constantly, and the app must be built to handle dynamic structures and changing requirements gracefully.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain a native iOS application using Swift
Integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs
Implement a clean, consistent UI based on provided design systems
Deliver key mobile features:
Task and activity tracking
Collaboration (comms feed / feeds)
Reports and dashboards (lightweight, mobile-optimized)

• Design the app to support metadata-driven UI and configurable portal experiences

• Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate quickly

What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in native iOS development (Swift, UIKit and/or SwiftUI)
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, modular design)
Experience working with API-driven applications and dynamic content
Strong attention to UX detail and visual refinement
Ability to thrive in a flexible, part-time role with evolving requirements

• Self-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready apps

Nice to Have

• Experience building configurable or metadata-driven interfaces

• Background in CRM, enterprise apps, or workflow tools

• Familiarity with performance tuning for data-heavy mobile apps
