We’re seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator & Videographer to join ourcommunications team. You’ll produce short-form and long-form video content for businesscustomers (B2B). You’ll be behind the camera, capturing site visits, build processes, interviews,and product launches – then taking the footage through to edit, deliverable and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to plan and execute videocontent strategies.

• Shoot high-quality video on-site: factory visits, build processes, product launches,customer stories.

• Produce both short-form content (social, reels, shorts) and longer-form YouTube content(corporate videos, case studies, event coverage).

• Create B2B-facing videos that highlight technical capabilities, factory processes,partnerships.

• Manage the full production workflow: pre-production (scripting, storyboarding), production(shooting), post-production (editing, colour, audio, motion graphics).

• Ensure all content aligns with UBC’s brand identity, including the wider AM Group contentstrategy as well as quality standards and messaging.

• Travel occasionally (Germany) for on-site filming and team collaboration.

• Manage and maintain video equipment, storage, archive footage and metadata.
