Your total compensation consists of two parts:
Base salary — a fixed monthly amount you receive regardless of results, providing stability and security.
Personal performance bonus — a defined % of the profit generated from your client portfolio. The more value you bring to your clients, the higher your % share of that profit, and the higher your earnings.
