Your day-to-day will include:

  • Handling incoming initial emails from clients and partners, and making sure every message gets a timely, accurate response

  • Keeping track of all upcoming client appointments and deadlines so nothing is missed

  • Coordinating the receipt, dispatch, and tracking of packages, translations, and documents across our internal team and external suppliers

  • Finalising and checking application forms for completeness and accuracy before they go out

This is a role where precision matters. You won’t be doing the same thing twice — cases are different, clients are different, and you’ll need to stay on top of multiple moving parts at once and pay attention to the details.
