Your day-to-day will include:
Handling incoming initial emails from clients and partners, and making sure every message gets a timely, accurate response
Keeping track of all upcoming client appointments and deadlines so nothing is missed
Coordinating the receipt, dispatch, and tracking of packages, translations, and documents across our internal team and external suppliers
Finalising and checking application forms for completeness and accuracy before they go out
This is a role where precision matters. You won’t be doing the same thing twice — cases are different, clients are different, and you’ll need to stay on top of multiple moving parts at once and pay attention to the details.
