What you will be doing:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and support candidate communications.
Create job postings and manage candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate candidate records and support recruitment reporting.
Assist with recruitment administration and process improvement initiatives.
Provide support on Talent Acquisition projects and ad-hoc activities.
Employer Branding & Events
Support employer branding campaigns and university engagement activities.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
Help track recruitment and event metrics to measure success.
