We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic English Preschool Teacher to join our English Family Club.
This is not a traditional kindergarten or after-school club. We provide a natural English immersion environment where children aged 3–11 years learn English through everyday experiences—playing, moving, exploring, creating, and communicating. Our approach combines Montessori principles with the Jolly Phonics methodology, creating a respectful, child-centred environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a genuine love of learning.

Your Responsibilities
Create a safe, positive, and engaging English-speaking environment.
Communicate with children exclusively (or predominantly) in English throughout the day.
Facilitate age-appropriate activities, including creative projects, games, outdoor play, music, movement, storytelling, and practical life activities.
Support children's language development through natural conversation rather than formal instruction.
Encourage children's independence, confidence, creativity, and social skills.
Prepare and adapt learning materials and activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
Observe and support each child's individual progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging experiences and maintain a welcoming learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally with parents when needed.
