We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to own our day-to-day marketing execution. You will work directly with our Marketing Manager and bring our marketing strategy to life — from landing pages and email campaigns to social media, CRM workflows, and analytics.
This is an execution-first role with full ownership of how things get shipped, but still...ideas and proposals are very welcome as we want someone who spots what could be better, not only someone who waits for tickets. Since most of our content and clients are German-speaking, German at B2 level or above is a must. You will be working with German texts daily and need to be able to catch what AI gets wrong.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Email marketing: design, build and deploy campaigns and automations in Mailerlite (lead nurturing,webinar flows, newsletters).
Social media execution: schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram; manage
Buffer; track engagement
Marketing automation: own the connections between website forms, Mailerlite, Hubspot CRM, Calendly and our funnel tools (Heyflow)
Campaign deployment: set up landing pages, tracking, lead capture and follow-up flows for new offers and webinars.
Vendor coordination: brief and review work from our designer, WordPress developer, and SEO/Ads agency.
Analytics: maintain our Looker dashboard, run weekly KPI checks, flag what is and isn't working.
Content production with AI: format blog articles, generate copy variants, translate, summarize — using AI tools as your default starting point
